Sacre Bleu Sauvignon Blanc comes to you from Chile’s prestigious and historic Maule Valley. It is light and fresh with nice acidity and none of the tinned vegetable notes or other characteristic aromas that one gets with other Sauvignon Blancs. Our Sauvignon Blanc ferments in stainless steel as our wine maker prefers that the wine sees no oak. The result is a beautiful fruit forward essence that is decidedly fun and tropical.
